Managed to organise a private tour of the 'Simplot' chip factory in Ulverstone (Just West of Devonport)These guys make 75% of all Maca's chips + heaps of other stuff (wedges ..bla bla bla)
This is one shed of about 9 that were going to be full within a few weeks.
Doesn't look much - but wow - the machinery was amazing.
